All candidates must possess reliability clearance. Other Requirements: None The ideal candidate will have:: a minimum of 3 years experience, within the last 5 years involving planning, researching, writing and editing, working documents (business cases and policy documents)a minimum of 1 year experience within the last 5 years prior to bid closing date, producing communication documents for program reviewsa minimum of 1 year experience, within the last 5 years prior to bid closing date, in working with Canadian Federal Government central agencies to assist in the development of engagement strategiesa minimum of 3 months experience in the last 5 in preparing presentations and speaking notes for senior executives
